At first glance I expected this book to be another throwaway classic. As in something that has the repertoire and authenticity of an Adichie or Achebe but would turn out to have a plot that whilst has good characters is ultimately forgettable. The Bible
I recommend Job. I mean, like everyone says it's The Bible it's definitely something you should read before you die. But when I read The Bible Job is the one that really surprised me. Just saying.
